In our initial fit testing with tulip dome coupling, the Lexie B3 achieves a normalized Initial Score of 4.7/5. Speech in quiet performance is excellent at 4.5/5, substantially exceeding the category average. Speech in noise scores 2.5/5—above average for OTC devices but mixed in absolute terms. Music streaming reaches a solid 3.3/5, well above typical OTC performance. Own-voice comfort is solid at 3.0/5, and feedback handling is excellent at 4.6/5, indicating stable amplification during our standardized challenge conditions.

Tuned fit observations

The tuned fit evaluation maintains tulip dome coupling and achieves the same normalized Tuned Score of 4.7/5.
