In our initial fit testing with closed dome coupling, the Audien Atom achieved a normalized score of 3.3/5. The device demonstrated excellent feedback stability at 5.0/5, providing reliable amplification without whistling. Speech in quiet performance was mixed at 2.6/5, while speech in noise was low at 1.0/5—both below category averages. Own-voice comfort scored a mixed 2.1/5. Music streaming was not functional, scoring 0.0/5. The proprietary fitting formula provides basic amplification but limited customization options.

Tuned fit observations
