In our testing, the Atom Pro 2 showed a clear strength in feedback handling, scoring an excellent 5.0/5—0.46 points above the category average. This means users are unlikely to experience whistling or squealing during normal wear. Initial fit observations

In initial fit testing with a closed dome configuration, the Audien Atom Pro 2 achieved a normalized score of 3.3/5. Feedback handling was excellent at 5.0/5, providing stable amplification without whistling. Speech in quiet (2.3/5) and speech in noise (1.3/5) both fell below category averages, indicating limited speech clarity benefit in our standardized test scenarios. Own-voice comfort was mixed at 2.6/5. Music streaming was not functional in our testing, scoring 0.0/5.

Tuned fit observations

The tuned fit evaluation maintained identical results to initial fit, with the normalized score remaining at 3.3/5. The device retained its closed dome coupling, and no meaningful improvement was achieved through fitting adjustments. This suggests the Atom Pro 2 offers limited customization capability—the out-of-box experience essentially represents the device's full potential.
